You've Got To Be Kidding!

The Ohio DOT weight limit sign looks fairly new! I'm guessing the workers got quite a kick out of putting this one up. However the bridge is officially listed as "in service" as of 2005 so it must have a sign. I wonder how they came up with the limits?
